Harley-Davidson'sŪ new alternate lubricant is formulated for use in your engine, as well as your primary chaincase and transmission;
particularly effective
for high performance engines and hot climate applications.
(It
is strongly advised not to mix SYN3 with other lubricants)
SYN3 is Tested & Certified for use in all Harley-Davidson® Evolution® XL,
Evolution® 1340, Twin Cam® (all displacements), Revolution™, and Buell®
engines.
(Testing could not be done on Shovelhead engines)
(Testing could not be done on 4-speed Big Twin transmissions)
(Testing could not be done on early Shovelhead 5-speed transmissions)
Screamin' Eagle® SYN3 offers improved film strength for superior wear
protection at high temperatures, improved deposit control, and reduces oil
